QP RESIDENCE

This transformation of this zero lot house explored the possibility of vertical space within tight sites. The footprint of the original dwelling was maintained and reconfigured with a small first floor addition. The house, including the in-situ concrete seats, was skilfully constructed by Toki Constructions and the joinery was crafted by N & J Joinery. The fantastic photos by Tom Ferguson captures the transition between the existing and new fabric. Click here to view the gallery.
